Joe Krown "Just the Piano Just the Blues" Album Review

Blues Piano at its Best
I bought this CD originally to learn some blues piano riffs, and I've not been disappointed. As the title indicates, this is pure piano without accompaniment of any kind. It sounds as if Mr. Krown walked into the studio, said "Let's do this," and started tearing it up. Raw and dirty. If you like piano blues at all, you've got to buy this. You won't be sorry.

John Campbell "A Man and His Blues" Album Review

A True Bluesman Missed
For the many people who got the privalege to see John play "live", I'm sure was a real treat. This album, (as I have heard) was like hearing John play live. A Man and His Blues represent the way John was before going to New York. This is a highly recomended album and I suggest to anyone who likes traditional blues, this is one to get.
